The Holy Blogging Land

Thu Feb 5

So, with boredom set in,

I decided to have another attempt at playing Football Manager 09. The game itself has seen a recent decline in interest from myself, yet with a whole week of doing nothing ( due to a broken leg ) I’ve decided that something needs to get my fustrations out.

Would the demons of the AI start to come out again and have the same effect on me, which allowed me to turn it off and decide not to play it. Only one way to find out.

So I’ve decided to start with Aston Villa, okay it’s not exactly an eye popping team, but with room to improve and knowing that a loss is not such a big deal, I felt it could be a stepping stone into enjoyment. The first thing I was going to do is play a defensive style of football, sticking six, maybe seven, footballers behind the ball, why you say? Well if I just play a counter attacking style then it can seem that if I have one shot and score, I’ve finally got one over the AI.

Utilizing the pace of Ashley Young and Gabriel Agbonglahor, I’ve decided to play a crossing game and to use a big man, like my hero, Emile Heskey ( a slight bit of sarcasm ), to win the headers for me.

Let’s see how it gets on.

So Football Manager is going to be the key aim for me but I’m going to need some sort of musical enjoyment to give me the vibe to play. It ended up being a tossle between Sean Kingstons album or Step up 2 OST. Decided to go with Sean Kingston first, then may switch to my favourite, I Wayne’s.

Let the fun begin!!!!

Who Thought Blogging Could be this Interesting..

Or not…

So I’ve decided to have a crack at this blogging malarkey, hoping that by doing so it will clear my mind of any doubts, knowledge and furthermore a chance for me to show just exactly what I can do.
